Okay I have my TurboTax card. It arrived yesterday and I can’t activate it at all. I swear if I don’t get this problem resolved I’ll never do business with TurboTax again! Worst mistake I’ve ever made.

You can go to the TurboDebitCard.com website and activate your card there. Your Turbo Visa Debit Card should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date your signed up for it. (Remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days).

Make sure you refund has been loaded to your Turbo card. Next, try deleting your browsers cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.
