After you file
It essentially means that the estimated date for refund has passed. TurboTax does not get notified of an actual date for refund, but instead, estimates a date based off of when others with similar tax situations have gotten their refunds. To get the most accurate date for your refund, please go to Where's My Refund. You can also click here to see a chart with estimated refund dates based on the date your return was accepted by the IRS. Some 2019 Federal Refunds will be delayed due to the Path Act. Please click here for more information regarding the Path Act. Once 21 days have passed since your return was accepted, you can reach out to the IRS to inquire about the status of your return.
