To "sign" your e-filed tax return, click File and follow the steps. You will then click Transmit Returns Now. You will need to verify you are not a robot. Please click this TurboTax Help link What if Transmit Returns doesn't work if you have any problems.
If you are mailing in your return, you should see Sign Here at the bottom of the page.
