After you file
The email you received should have included the reason why you were not approved. Your approval is based on the size of your federal refund and your tax information, along with other factors. You may not receive the Refund Advance if one of these factors doesn’t meet the qualifying standards of the lender.
Please check your junk/spam folder in your email. The sender will be
turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com. If you cannot locate it after checking your junk mail folder or are having trouble creating an account or logging into your Turbo Prepaid Card online account, call toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
