If you have already submitted your return, it is too late to correct zip code. After you select Transmit Returns Now, your e-file goes to pending status, where it will stay until it's either been accepted or rejected by the government. If your return gets rejected because of the incorrect zip code, you will receive an email from TurboTax and you'll be able to make your changes before you re-submit your return.

When I go to the "Where's my return" page it says that it was sent on March 25, 2020. How can I change the zip code so that I can receive my refund as well as my stimulus check because I have not received that either.

You will want to file a change of address with the IRS. Please see this website at the IRS website. Note that this change, however, may not happen too quickly because many IRS offices are still closed or undermanned.

The only thing that you can do through TurboTax is file an amended return, and since these are being processed by hand, it will be months before anything happens (so don't do it).

If the original check is returned to the post office for whatever reason, having filed the change of the address with the IRS may help on the rebound.
