If your return didn't get filed then the payment info wasn't sent to the IRS and state. Your only proof of payment is your bank statement or credit card showing the payment coming out. Didn't you notice they never got paid?
You now have to print and mail prior year returns. You need to register a 2019 online account to access prior years
