After you file

Do you mean how do you pay for your TurboTax fees using your federal refund?  First of all, your federal refund must be enough to cover the fees plus the additional "refund processing fee" of $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) and then you can make that choice in the FILE section when you are ready to e-file the return.

A third party bank will then receive your refund, extract your TT fees and send the rest to you either as a direct deposit to a bank account or to a pre-paid Visa--your choice.
