Get your taxes done using TurboTax
@Wanvue8497 TurboTax does not and cannot "guarantee" that you will get a state refund. TurboTax has no way to know if you owe back taxes, child support or some other debt in your state that could cause the state to seize your refund, nor does TurboTax have any way to know if the state income information you entered was correct or complete. And....legally, TurboTax cannot get any information from your state after you file your tax return.
What happened? Was your state refund offset, or reduced by the state? Did the state send you a letter?
How was your state return filed? Did you e-file it or did you mail it to the state? What does the state web site say?
