@east15th So your return was never filed for 2017 or 2018? If you had an online account for the 2017 return, you can still access it from any computer that has internet access. But, you cannot e-file a 2017 return. It would have to be printed, signed and mailed. If it was unfinished--which is what it sounds like -- you would have to pay for desktop software to finish it before you can print and mail it.
Do you know the account and user ID you used?
If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2017 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device).

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

In order to get the stimulus money you either have to file a 2018 or 2019 return. Those are the returns they will look at to send the stimulus checks. Do you have some income---any income--to put on a 2018 or 2019 return? The online program is ONLY for 2019--no other year.
