You cannot find out who claimed you on their tax return and the IRS will not tell you.
If your e-filed tax return is being rejected by the IRS because your SS number has been used on a tax return already received by the IRS you will have to print and mail the tax return. Within a year the IRS will be sending you and the other party letters in the mail to investigate. The loser of the investigation will have to repay the tax refund and pay penalties and interest.
