TurboTax may have carried over a W-2 blank if you had W-2s last year. Try the excellent suggestion by Community member @bosso3.
You can also look for old W=2 blanks using Delete a Form.
- Tap Tax Tools in the left column
- Tap Tools
- Select Delete a Form in Tools Center
- Scroll down and look for any W-2s and delete them
- Click Continue With My Return in the lower right when you are finished
