Get your taxes done using TurboTax

The email could have been delayed from a previous date or sent in error.  

If you used TurboTax Desktop, you can check your e-file status using the following instructions:

  1. Open the File menu.
  2. Select Check E-file status.
  3. Or, go to the File tab and select the Check E-file Status header.

You can also reach out to TurboTax Support and request an agent to confirm the status of your e-filed returns.
