Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Sign into your online TurboTax account, then, go to Tax Home. You can check your e-file status here.

 

Try resetting your modem (and router, if you have one). This often resolves problems where the program locks up or "freezes" during e-filing. Shut down your computer and any other devices connected to your modem. Unplug or turn off your modem (and router, if you have one).
