In TurboTax Online you have to make sure your tax return is open in order for the jump to link to appear when you search for donations. Please try the following steps:
- Click on Tax Home
- Scroll down to Deductions and Credits
- In the upper right-hand corner click the magnifying glass icon next to Search.
- In the search box enter the word donations. The search result will bring up a blue link that says Jump to donations.
- On the next screen, you should see Donations to Charity and the question "Did you make donations to charity in 2021?" Select yes.
- On the next screen will you will see "Do you have an account with ItsDeductible Online?" Select yes and then you should be able to import from there.
