I filed a return on February 22 , which was rejected. Because of the difficulty I had with the TT program and getting it to print, I filed a second return on February 27. I have received nothing concerning the second return. I paid foe each state return and have a confirmation number for two returns. I need to talk with a person who can help resolve this problem.

For the rejected tax return that was not re-filed you will need to contact TurboTax support to get the state e-file charge removed or refunded. Use the key words Billing Issue

For the second tax return you e-filed on 02/27, what is the status? Click on the File menu at the top left of the desktop program screen. On Electronic Filing select Check Electronic Filing Status. Does in show that the federal and state return were e-filed? Does it also show if the federal and state return were either Accepted or Rejected?
