The question concerning the 3rd stimulus payment is in All the TurboTax programs.
However, if you have indicated that you can be claimed as a dependent or your Adjusted Gross Income for your filing status is above the maximum allowed for the stimulus payment the question will not be asked.
Enter either stimulus or recovery rebate credit in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on on Jump to stimulus or Jump to recovery rebate credit.
