@lborne5907 Reject error code IND-032-04 indicates the primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match what the IRS has on record. Please confirm that you've followed all steps listed here. Keep the following in mind:
- If you amended last year, don’t use the AGI from that amended return. Always get it from the first return you filed, even if that AGI was technically incorrect (For example, if you forgot a W-2).
- If you printed and mailed your return and it was not processed by December 10, 2021, then enter “0” for your 2020 AGI.
If you’ve tried everything and nothing works, you will need to file a paper return by printing out copies of your federal and state returns and mailing them. We’ll include File by Mail Instructions on where to send your returns and what forms, if any, you need to include.
