I wonder if it was entered wrong last year or in the past? So it transferred over wrong. I would delete all the W2 in the return and enter the W2 manually again. Maybe clear the whole return and NOT transfer from last year.

There is a tricky way to clear out transferred info in the Online version. But doing this will also clear out all your current entries. Go to Tax Tools -> Tools -> Transfer from your computer -> Continue -> then Continue without transferring.
