I am very disappointed. With my schedule, I haven't not been able to contact the support specialist time, and the online support team was very confused about the retail version of LIVE product. I think it was very irresponsible of Intuit that they closed without providing an expiration date or an automated web application menu where you can either request a refund or to convert it to a CD version of product with Live support.
If you purchased the 2020 TurboTax desktop CD/Download program there is not a Live edition for the desktop editions. Only the TurboTax online web based editions have the Live edition but only for the current tax year, 2021. There is no license code associated with the online Live editions.

TurboTax support is available 60 hours a week before tax season starts in January.
