Well obviously you opened the 2020 program. Maybe you bought 2020 by accident instead of 2021? Or you downloaded 2020 from your account again instead of 2021? Or you opened the wrong program on your Mac if you still had 2020 installed from last year.
Better call in and see if you have the right download in your account or if the 2021 download is pointing to the wrong year.
