@kevinmjackson78 So you purchased desktop software and then by mistake used the online software? You cannot pay for online with that license code. The code is only for the CD/download. Have you filed the return already? If you did not file---you cannot e-file now anyhow since e-filing is closed. It is not clear where you are in the process.
. You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for. You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.
