This is mainly a public user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support.   We don't know anything account-specific about your email address in your account.    If you just changed it, then log out of TurboTax, close your browser and reopen it.  Log back in, try to efile, and see if it has changed.

 

See if anything in this FAQ about the email verification process is helpful, such as correcting/changing the email address by going to your Intuit Account settings.
