State estimated taxes are entered in Deductions & Credits > Estimates and Other Taxes Paid > Estimated Tax Payments.
- Type estimated taxes in Search in the upper right
- Click on Go to Estimated Tax Payments
- Select State estimated taxes for 2020
- Delete any amounts you see
