No.  Legal defense is not included as a feature of the TurboTax product.  However, you have the option of purchasing Audit Defense, which is provided by a third-party.  In online TurboTax the optional Audit Defense is in the product MAX Defend & Restore.

TurboTax does have an Audit Support Guarantee with free audit guidance,  and the free Audit Support Center will assist you in understanding your audit and how to deal with notices from the IRS, answer audit-related questions, etc.; i.e., it provides guidance with an audit but does not provide legal representation.   You can read about it here:
