As MaryM428, above, suggests, you can’t e-file your return if someone else has claimed you as a dependent, whether you gave them permission to claim you or not.
Once your SSN has been accepted in an e-filed return, another return with your SSN won’t be accepted. You should print, sign and mail your return.
