Choice to pay the fees out of the Federal refund: $40 service fee ($45 for California filers
If you used all three items, that would total $120 plus sales tax, if applicable. ($125 in California).
If you chose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund, and if you haven't already filed, you can remove that option and pay upfront with credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.
