Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.

Once you do that, then change the telephone number to a U.S. number and see if that lets you continue to e-file. For more information about this error: Error message 601ERRV:5, CustHdr_17 - ?:? - Invalid SMS Number. Contains invalid digits
