You can also uninstall by using the FAQ below (all support files must be removed) and downloading a fresh .dmg install file from TurboTax.
You should be able to get a download this way:

To uninstall the application and all associated files need to be deleted and then the application reinstalled. If there was a state then the state must also be reinstalled.

Also if present remove: ~Library/Caches/KSCrash/TurboTax
