"Did I file someone?"

What do you mean by that?  Are you trying to ask if you claimed a dependent when you prepared and filed your tax return?  We cannot see your tax return.  You have to look at it yourself.  If you claimed a dependent , the dependent will be listed on the top half of page 1 of your Form 1040.
