Get your taxes done using TurboTax

If you used desktop (CD/download) software then the tax files are only on the hard drive of the computer you used or on any back up device you used like a flash drive.  They are not stored online.  For a fee of $50 you can get an exact copy of a tax return from the IRS, or you can get a free transcript.

If you used online TurboTax, log in to the account using the user ID that you used to prepare the 2018 return:

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.
