You must be using TurboTax Live to get a review of your return by a tax expert. Review isn't available in the other versions of TurboTax Online or in TurboTax CD/Download.
You'll see the option for a review as part of the normal process of filing your return. To schedule a review:
- Make sure you're signed into your TurboTax Live account and have your return open.
- Once you've entered all the information for your return and you reach the Review section, we'll ask if you want to connect with an expert to ask any final questions. You can choose between Talk live and Get a written response. We'll collect a little information from you after you make your choice.
