@Fiebrink96 No one---NO one--has access to the information about you or your children. We cannot access your past tax returns or your account, or your Social Security records. if you claimed your child on a past tax return you can look it up on the past return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
