Online for 2017 is closed. Online is only for 2018. You mean you bought the program Download? Sorry there is no other version. And the CD program is the same as the download. You will have to get the blank forms from the IRS and your state and fill them out by hand or go to an accountant or another company. Or find a computer you can install the program on.
What computers do you have that are not compatible? You don't have Windows 7 or higher?

Prior year returns can only be printed and mailed. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
