Yes, you can install the software on your PC & Mac, the CD has both the Windows & Mac versions included.  You can install the software on any computer you own.  You will not have to pay for the software twice.  

 i bought a turbotax cd and download,installed in a macbook, after that try download into a window laptop, turbo tax message that: the code already in my account, it not let me to download again

can you send the instructions for installing it in both pc and mc for one license key. i am getting this error "This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads."

If you are receiving that error, please contact customer support by clicking here. They can assist in allowing the download. 

I was able to get both versions for MAC and Windows for prior years.  However, when I called Turbo Tax Support this year, I was informed that  I am not able to get both.  Can someone please verify?

You can obtain both. However, you must pay for both. Once you complete your purchase, you can download and install your software.

If you paid for the CD/Download, it will be saved in your account. You can access your download from any computer. Use this link to log in and access Download’s & Unlocks. Access your download

Does it mean that I have to pay twice even if I have purchased the CD which has both the Windows and Mac versions and can be installed to up to 5 computers?  I was able to install the CD to both my PC and Mac in the last 2 years using the same license code.  Has the license agreement changed for 2020?

I tried calling customer service twice and every time I spent hours talking and was told I can't both windows n mac license files.  I'm returning the software and switching to a different service. TurboTax is getting frustrating! 

It was waste of time calling customer support! 

I call the Support, but I asked me to wait for an hour. This kind of service is not acceptable
