If you mean she donates her time doing volunteer work for a nonprofit, you cannot deduct anything for her time. If she spends money out of pocket for things like transportation, you could take a charitable contribution for that, if the nonprofit is a registered 501(c)(3). The nonprofit would have to sign a receipt for the donation.
