Any prior year tax returns must be printed, signed and mailed; they cannot be e-filed. You say your last FOUR years of IL tax returns? Why have you waited so long to attend to this? You can only go back as far as 2015 in TurboTax to get your returns. Software for 2014 is no longer available. You could probably get the forms from IL for any years earlier than 2015 and prepare them by hand. If you owe money to IL, your interest and penalties have been adding up.}
