Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Your Mac has to have the required OS to work with the TurboTax 2016 software.  See this TurboTax support FAQ for Mac minimum system requirements - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899173-minimum-system-requirements-for-turbotax-mac-software

If you did not purchase the software from TurboTax, return the software to where it was purchased for a refund.

If purchased from TurboTax then use this TurboTax website to request a refund - https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/refund-request/index.jsp

Otherwise contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a support agent for assistance with the refund of a purchase from TurboTax.  Support is closed for the holiday and will re-open on Tuesday, 01/03/17.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.
