If you are a non-resident alien, you must file a 1040NR. TurboTax does not handle this form and you are not required to disclose your account. To complete a 1040NR, see the link below.

If you are a resident alien, you must report the account in India in Part III of Schedule B.
You also may be required to file U. S. Treasury Department Form FinCEN 114, Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR). This form replaces form TD F 90-22.1, is not available in TurboTax or from the IRS, and is not filed with your tax return.
