To access his account you can try the "Forgot Password" option on the login page using his email. You can also submit an Account Recovery Request if you can't get into his TurboTax account.
To cancel a TurboTax Advantage automatic renewal, sign in to his TurboTax Advantage account, navigate to "Your Product," and select "Remove Product" to stop future charges.
