Get your taxes done using TurboTax

You will need to add their 1095-A to your return and select that you shared the policy with another taxpayer not on your return.

Since your SSN is on the policy, and you are not claimed as a dependent on their return, the IRS is expecting form 8962 to be attached to your return.  This is the form that is generated when you enter the 1095-A.

You will then be asked to allocate Columns A, B and C.  You can choose any number between 0-100% and your parents would claim the rest.   If your parents claim 100%, you would claim 0%.

It will ask you for your parents income and one of their social security numbers, so you will need to get that information from them.

Where do I enter my 1095-A?
