Did you download and install the Desktop program? And activate it with the 16 digit License Code? Or you might have bought a License Code for the Online browser version which is only good for 1 return and 1 account. The Desktop program has the tabs going across the top. The Online version has the tabs and menu down the left side.

If you have the Desktop program installed go up the File-New.
