Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies to remove anything that may be saved that's incorrect. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.

If that doesn't work, you will have to contact the IRS. Go on the IRS website Retrieve Your Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) for instructions for a replacement.
