Sorry--TurboTax no longer provides the downloads, support or updates for 2020 or 2021 even if you have the license codes. You can still get 2022.
- Go to Access my downloads and sign in with the same user ID you used to purchase your software
- On Your TurboTax account, select the Downloads tab
- Select the version you want to download and save it somewhere on your computer where you can find it
- If you need help finding your download, we have instructions for Windows and Mac
- Install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file
- If you need help installing, we have instructions for Windows and Mac
