@thompsonmonique Are you trying to file a 2024 or 2025 tax return? When did you enter the information? If you entered 2024 info after Dec 2, 2025 you were filling out your 2025 return, not 2024. So your online account is messed up. If you meant you entered your 2025 info it is too early to efile 2025. As the other post said, come back in January to finish 2025 and efile. But you can pay for 2025 now early to be able to print your return and to lock in the current price. How to pay early.....

You can only print and mail 2024 and prior returns. You would have to use the Desktop download program to prepare 2024 or prior.
