The 2025 desktop download has been available for several weeks; the 2025 online software will become available in early to mid-December. Software is not being "sent out"----they do not send you a CD any more. If you subscribed to the Advantage Plan your download is waiting for you to download the software to your hard drive.
- Go to Access my downloads and sign in with the same user ID you used to purchase your software
- On Your TurboTax account, select the Downloads tab
- Select the version you want to download and save it somewhere on your computer where you can find it
- If you need help finding your download, we have instructions for Windows and Mac
- Install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file
