Importing files into TurboTax can be tricky, as individual computer configurations are unknown to us in this forum.
Some things that other users report helping import errors include:
- Updating both Windows and TurboTax (here's a link for a Manual Update for TT)
- Temporarily disabling all anti-virus software (including modem)
- If using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear Cache and Cookies and retry import
