No. You refund does not come from TurboTax. Your refund comes from the IRS and/or your state. Once you file your tax return, TurboTax is done. You paid to use software. TurboTax does not ever touch your refund.
Or----do you mean does TT send you a copy? No. You can print it for yourself.
