Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have installed the latest update this morning, but the issue has not been resolved.  Although I did clear my browse cache and cookies as requested, as a software engineer with 30+ years of experience I don't see how clearing the browser cache and cookies would affect a native Windows application like TurboTax since cache and cookies only affect web browsers.  Regardless, the issue persists:
