Since the IRS continues to reject your e-filed tax return even after entering a 0 for the 2021 AGI you will have to print and mail your tax returns. The federal and state tax returns are mailed in separate envelopes to separate addresses. The Filing Instructions page that should print out with the returns will have information on which forms/schedules to include with each return and the mailing address for each return. Make sure you include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld. Also consider using a tracking service available from the US Post Office so that you will have proof the tax return was received by the IRS and your State.
