Please see the TurboTax Help article How do I fix e-file reject F8962-070? for guidance on the steps you need to take to remedy the rejection.
You'll receive the IRS' reject F8962-070 if your e-filed return is missing information from Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement.
The IRS reviewed the information you provided on your return and determined, based on the information in its database, that you need to include information from Form 1095-A on your return.
You use Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit (PTC) if you received advanced payments toward the cost of a health insurance premium during the year, or to claim a premium tax credit related to health insurance, if you're eligible.
